Fit and finish is nice. Nicely packaged. I'm using this to replace the hydraulic cylinder on a hydraulic lift cart. The 10\" fits well between the hydraulic cylinder mounting points. I had to make a bracket at the motor end. As other reviewers have said, the included brackets are probably not suitable for the rated load of this actuator in most applications. They wouldn't have worked for my use in any case. The cart is rated to lift 1000 lbs. I don't know the force rating on the original hydraulic cylinder but it's pretty massive. The cylinder stroke is 5-1/2\" for a 23\" table lift. So the mechanical disadvantage for the cylinder/actuator is pretty large (~1:4?). So I wasn't at all confident the 1320 lb push of this actuator would be able to even raise the table mechanism alone since the existing steel 16 ga top/roller track on the cart is at least 45 lbs and the required force is not linear, being significantly higher at the lowest table position and decreasing as the rollers reach the midpoint. However, on my first test the actuator lifted the table from the lowest position without sounding strained. I put another ~40 lbs on it by adding a 2\" X 2' X 4' birch butcherblock top. Still raised without much effort. I finished with ~70 board feet of walnut lumber (~240 lbs), which is its intended use- moving rough lumber from unload through planing, jointing, and sawing at various heights. It strained noticeably for 5 seconds or so at the lowest rested table height with that load, but eased quickly as it went up. I won't ever be using below halfway. I'm using an 18v tool battery as the supply. I know this actuator is tagged for 12v but I need it to be mobile without trailing cords and I have a lot of these batteries and several chargers so I will always have a charged battery to swap in. I'll generally only be running it a handful of times per day and then only running it for
