Spare blade needs to be sharpened when delivered. Changing the blade is extremely difficult, need to dissemble unit to do so. The shave grade apparatus is very flimsy. Otherwise a great unit for the price.

this snowcone maker works ok I wanted shaved ice cranked down to make as fine as I want it takes forever but is good if you want a snow cone stand
