Has been another great purchase. I the last 2 weeks I've done nearly 10 lbs beef jerky and 10 lbs of bananas. Easy to use and shelves clean easily in dishwasher. I'm just using for personal use, but if I had a few of these I could start a small business.

Best dehydrator on the market

This is the best option out there for a dehydrator. Easy to use, more room than most on the market, and everything comes out perfect. Trays are good size, no sacrificing room like some. Highly recommend, will be buying a second one. Do yourself a favor and buy one yoday!

I make quite a bit of beef jerky and this thing has tons of space. I can do about 5lbs at one time. Skip buying these at the big box store because you'd pay 3 times the amount and get less value

It is 120 volts, NOT 220!

I bought the 800 watt, 10 tray SS 10H model. It is 120 volts, NOT 220. They need to correct that in the specs and they would probably sell more units, especially here in the United States. Other than that, I am thrilled with the overall quality of the machine. It is sturdily built, and looks good on the counter. I haven't checked the accuracy of the temps, but we have made some jerky and some banana chips and they turned out great!

I purchased this for drying 3D printer filament, and for this purpose it is perfect! the ability to dial up a specific temperature, and have it run for a set time (with the timer) means I can dry various filaments, and renew silica gel packs. The fact i can also put the trays back in and make jerky, dried fruit, leathers etc is simply icing on the cake. The trays are pretty basic and very serviceable. If you're going to do leathers or fine herb drying, invest in some silicone sheets to make your clean up easier.

Works as described and has a large capacity. Highly recommend. 10 wire trays for dehydrating. I intend on trying beef jerky this week. Hopefully I have good results.
