Like most people mention, the directions are not great. It's a fairly straightforward build. The shifter platform doesn't appear to have a sturdy weld point. As long as you're not heavy handed with the gear shifts, it shouldn't be a big deal, but only time will tell. I am using this stand with the Thrustmaster TX RW Leather edition with TH8A shifter add-on. Everything bolts to existing holes. The pedal set only aligned to on set of holes on the stand. So if you need the pedals closer, you might have to drill new holes. The stand is heavy and pretty stable and folds up nicely for storage when not in use. So far very happy with it.

So this gift was definitely a favorite over Christmas, it gets used pretty often if not everyday as well, the stand can adjust to where you need the height at, it’s easy to adjust under your desk or wherever you need to put it, it’s very stable. The only complaint I would say is the instructions aren’t up to date, i recommend watching YouTube to find out how to put it together because we struggled for 30 minutes or so to put it together.

I bought this to make custom seats for gaming. Performs well and seems durable. It's sturdy which helps the responsiveness of my aggressive driving. Very comfortable for my custom designs. Looks nice and sleek. Easy to connect my custom seat to the frame.
