About this item
Cut High or Low: This 4.9 ft-20 ft / 1.5 m-6.1 m telescoping manual pole saw comes with a telescopic pole for flexible height adjustment. Besides being used as a pole saw for high branches, it can be used as a hand-held saw for pruning and grooming lower branches, brushes, and logs.
One-button Locking Design: Our pole tree pruner is designed with a biomimetic butterfly flip-tab clasp, making locking and unlocking a breeze. There are several installation holes on the pole for effortless adjusting and locking. There is no need to worry about bending or breaking.
Premium Sharp Blade: The tree pole saw blade is made of 0.5" / 1.2 mm thick carbon steel with teflon coating for rust-proof and long-lasting use. The hook knife on the top will hook off twigs when pulling back, and the hook saw on the bottom can remove stuck branches, ensuring efficient cutting and trimming.
Secure & Stable: The comfortable handle and the connection between poles are made of insulation material to keep your security when used. Besides, the reinforced screws will maintain the stability between the saw and pole, not easy to loosen and cause hurt.
Wide Application: Our extended pole tree trimmer has a standard threaded joint for easy assembly. And it is available for all the tasks that need an extension pole. You can connect it to a chenille brush, a paint roller, a scraper, a ceiling fan duster, a feather duster, etc.
VEVOR's extendable tree saw can reach the 20 ft height with no trouble. It features a sharp blade for efficient trimming, a sturdy connection for security, and a telescoping pole for hard-to-reach tasks. Create your beautiful and neat garden or grove like never before!
If you need a longer pole saw, this works well. Put together in sections, you don't have to add any more length than is needed for the task at hand. It is a bit flexible at full length and requires some finesse to get going. If it were stiffer though, I'm sure the added weight would make it unusable for most people or too expensive if they used a lighter and stronger material. I recommend it.
This is such a handy tool for pruning away those hard to get at smaller branches. Reasonably light with easy telescopic action, no silly old buggers should ever have to fall off a ladder again.
1. The item arrived.
2. It arrived relatively quickly.
3. The item fitted its description on the Vevor web site.
4. Importantly, someone at Vevor answered an email query I had about the item and answered it promptly.
5. The saw does the job. At full length it can be unwieldy and in my case I needed to remove two sections but it does what I wanted which is to remove seed branches from a palm tree.
Very happy with this pruner, good quality all round. We have very tall palms and it works well to get down the annoying seed pods. Has a bit of flex not sure how it would go on thick had branches but works for us.
I was paying $500 a year to trim my palm tree twice a year. After paying just a little over $100 I can see I’m going to save a lot of money at least for a while until the tree is too tall for me. Right now I still have two sections I didn’t attach to the pole. I’m so happy I could just jump for joy.
Having several name brand pole saws, this is by far the best I've ever owned. The pole sections are strong and the entire assembly fits neatly in the heavy duty carrying bag. I must admit, when fully extended, it's a little limber and heavy to lift in place, but the blades are so sharp, little effort is needed to cut pretty large limbs. I highly recommend this tool.
Amazing tool able to cut branches higher and more efficiently than other pole pruners I have used
After a couple of high $ bids from tree pruning services we invested less than $100 in this tool, which did everything we needed. The length of the segmented pole is increased as needed by adding segments, which is very easy to do. there are two different tools that can be installed on the business end of the pole. One is a conventional bypass pruner actuated with a rope and a short saw similar to typical hardware store pole saws. The other is a larger saw blade with a hook at the end. This blade is very well designed and functional. With this we were able to saw off a 5 inch diameter branch at more than 20 ft elevation without climbing or standing on a ladder, and smaller branches even higher. At the longer extensions the tool gets a bit heavy. I am 76 and in ok shape, and could use it up to about 18 ft extension. My son is stronger and could use it at full extension with some moderate difficulty. Overall the tool is very well designed and constructed. It comes with a spare hook type saw blade and a nice carry/storage case. It is easy to give this 5*.
