Overall great way to get into ceramics. Love that the wheel has forward and reverse for the motor which isn’t always available even on higher end wheels. Only complaint is that the pedal is too sensitive and hard to modulate speed with your foot with lower speeds. I’ve pretty much given up on using my foot and control slow speeds with my hand - even then it’s hard to get a low speed rotation.
Though it’s not the intended use of the pottery wheel, this item has been a huge saver of my hands when polishing dice. I make dice out of resin and they need to be polished and sanded down so I utilize the pottery wheel with my polishing papers sticky tacked down to both speed up the process and save my hands pain. I’m able to complete my process in a fraction of the time thanks to this little pottery wheel!
I use this for a different purpose - sanding resin dice mostly. Love the versatility of being able to use it for multiple things. Small, easy to use, easy speed control while using, lightweight, and good quality. I am now a Vevor fan and will continue to buy from them!

First pottery wheel. Beginner. But it has a professional feel and look to it. I am happy with this purchase. I couldnt afford one at a leading brand price and chose this very carefully. Had options to go with a manual wheel at cheaper price but with a more antique professional feel. However, it was heavy and consumes lots of space so I went with this brand with a auto option and foot pedal etc. glad I did and hoping this product will last years. Seems sturdy. Sooooo quiet. Much more than the leading brands from what I have heard with my own ears. I think you will be satisfied with this product.
