Not only is it poorly made and not work you have the added pleasure of a customer service nightmare. I've been trying to return this for 2 days and they told me I wasn't using it right. I've been distilling for 20 years I know how to use a still. The simple facts here are: 1. The hot plate is useless. They told me it gets to 550 on high. It simply cannot and does not do that. It turns itself off and on every few seconds. It's flat out maddening. 2. The quality of the glass is sub par. I had a small burst bubble on the surface of a piece and I tried to get a replacement. They told me no. 3. The condenser coil tube is way to thin and will not allow air and liquid to pass through at the same time. This creates a vacuum and nothing gets out. Simply put this is useless and if you buy it they will probably not honor the 30 day refund. I used to think vevor was a good brand. Turns out they just slap their sticker on stuff you can find on other sites for way cheaper. ...See more See less
