Idea is great. Knifes are extremely sharp. Works great, but only with soft food. Wish this was made for slicing apples or other harder fruits and vegetables as I need a certain size slices for drying. Although, it doesn't work for apples, pairs and other food of this type. Using the slices with the wheel blade is to massive for my small kitchen and this size would be perfect. Though, it doesn't work for me. ...See more See less

This slicer is great. Strong suction cups to keep the unit secure. Slices tomatoes like a dream. Tried it on onions and it did not work. Clean up is super simple. Just wish there was info for a replacement blade. ...See more See less

Okay, I did not shop to much so not the products fault so I did not deduct any stars. However, Vevor has a verticle unit where you pull down on the handle instead of pulling it sideways, and I believe it has multiple slicer plates which would be nice. No doubt about it this slicer save time, a LOT of time. We freeze dry jalapenos, pears, and process onions, tomatoes, squash, cucumbers from the garden. This machine when you need it is well worth the money. I just wish I had the verticle model with multiple plates that would give us some choices on slice size. If you are going to buy, go ahead and spend a bit more and you can thank me if you ever use the sideways version, LOL. ...See more See less
