Faulty tumbler, was hard to get it refunded as they tried to make me pull it apart to repair myself, I doubt I would risk buying another one, instead I would look for a brushless motor version as this is what failed in mine, communication was slow and resolution was only taken when Paypal dispute was lodged. in the end Money was refunded ...See more See less

Buyer beware: the product has a critical flaw that may ruin your work. I used this product on the minimum speed, and instead of providing a nice burnish, it resulted in a pitted and dented appearance. This ruined the rings I was producing for a client 3 days before delivery.... this is after final pre-polishing and trusting the machine. This effect occurs even on the lowest speed, but it is far worse on higher speeds. This ruined my project. I conjecture that the small size of the included shot, or the low volume, contributed to the denting effect. PROCEED WITH CAUTION, and throw away the included shot as it is liable to damage your work. I will update if different shot solves the problem, but for now I am going to try to find a jeweler who can lend me their machine while I remake the pieces before my deadline in 3 days. ...See more See less
